Do you visit home customers

Generally, we require all customers to have an ABN.  The exception is that we also support personal customers that have a business account with us (including their staff).

What are your service area’s

Our head office is in South East Queensland (Australia).  We already support businesses throughout Australia and we can travel to meet your needs.

Do you offer discounted ‘block hours’

Yes, our customers can purchase blocks of hours at a discounted rate.  The blocks are typically in 10 hour increments.  Contact us for more information.

What is your billing frequency

On-Demand customers are billed labour fortnightly.
Managed Workplace customers are billed monthly.
All equipment is billed prior to the install date.
